Our state of the art condos are constructed from non-porous melamine to ensure cleanliness, with Plexiglas fronts for the cats to see out and us to see that they are ok.

They have a separate water/feeding station on a higher level than the enclosed private litter tray area.

A sleeping/perch area in the single condos and 3 extra levels in the multi-cat condos allows for extra room to stretch so that cats can exercise even when they are not out of the condos playing on the extensive range of climbing pagodas, tunnels, ladders and scratching posts that we provide. These larger Condos are suitable to house up to 4 cats from one family.

Boarding Requirements: (Health Requirements Explanation)

All cats MUST hold up to date vaccination certificates for:
Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia (RCP/FVRCP or ‘core’ vaccines) plus Rabies

These vaccinations are given by your veterinarian and are due at yearly or 3 yearly intervals, depending on the specific vaccines used by your clinic. If your cat is regularly vaccinated and due for shots please have them completed a minimum of 2 DAYS prior to dropping off to ensure they do not suffer any reaction to the vaccines.

IF YOU WANT TO BOARD YOUR CAT AND THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED SOME OR ANY OF THE VACCINATIONS LISTED ABOVE – PLEASE HAVE THEM COMPLETED A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DROP-OFF DAY. THE VACCINATION NEEDS THAT AMOUNT OF TIME TO BECOME FULLY EFFECTIVE. IF THIS CANNOT BE ACHIEVED, THEN UNFORTUNATELY ON THIS OCCASION, YOUR CAT (S) WILL BE UNABLE TO BOARD WITH US.

In addition to the vaccinations all cats must have a topical FLEA TREATMENT applied EVERY TIME THEY BOARD (usually 1 – 2 days prior to boarding). These treatments are only effective for 30 days, so apply it in accordance with the length of stay for your cat. If your cat is going to be boarding long-term then you will need to bring an adequate supply for re-application by us as required. If your cat will be boarding more than once during one 30 day period, then the one application is enough.

Please ask your vet clinic which is the most suitable for your cat. They will also be able to show you how to apply this if you have never done it before.

PLEASE NOTE: The flea treatment is different from a de-wormer. A lot of the de-wormers will kill some of the same parasites that the flea treatment will, however, the de-wormer does not kill fleas. For health reasons you should still de-worm your cat on a regular schedule advised by your vet clinic. Some clinics advise that a topical flea treatment should not be applied within 2 weeks of a de-wormer, so again PLEASE ASK YOUR VET’S ADVICE on this.

Diabetic cats can sometimes be accommodated – please contact us to discuss prior to making a booking. Addition al paperwork is required and PLEASE NOTE: To accommodate both the ease of delivery and ensure someone is always available to inject the pet, ONLY THE PEN TYPE INSULIN DELIVERY SYSTEM can be accepted for boarding (no needles and syringes).

We have 5 cat rooms that are allocated depending on individual requirements, length of stay and other factors. Every room contains a window for natural light. All of our guests get time out of the condos each day to play and cuddle.

Environmentally friendly litter products, such as “Swheat Scoop”, are used to lessen our impact on the environment and for their excellent absorbent qualities. A heat recovery ventilation system was specially installed to reduce any odours by providing a constant flow of fresh air into the cat house. The HRV unit warms this fresh air as it enters the property, thus ensuring a comfortable ambient temperature.
